Is VOZZi app free?
Yes, it is. You can easily download it from Google Play Store or App Store- for free!
Can I use road assistance packages without an app?
You can´t use road assistance packages if you don´t have an app installed in your mobile phone. VOZZi is a mobile platform for hiring road assistance by calling repairmen using the app or calling our call centre, also using the app.
What is necessary to use the app?
You need Android or Apple smart phone, newer generation with internet connection.
How can I get VOZZi road assistance package?
VOZZi road assistance packages can be bought using the mobile app you are registered at, or you can buy them at our partners´ sale points.
Can I pay for my road assistance package by card?
Yes, you can. You can pay by credit card or debit card and it´s the safest and fastest way to pay. The other option is to receive a payment slip on your e-mail address and then you choose how to pay - e-banking, going to the bank or post office.
Where can I buy VOZZi road assistance packages?
Other than using your mobile phone or web shop, there is a map with the locations and contacts of all sale points on our website.
How long do VOZZi road assistance packages last?
All road assistance packages last for 12 months from the activation date. You can easily find the expiration date in your mobile app. More information on...web address
Can taxis use VOZZi road assistance packages?
Yes, they can.
Is VOZZi road assistance package connected to a person or a vehicle?
VOZZi road assistance packages are connected to a person and you can use our services as a driver or a passenger in any vehicle.
How big is VOZZi partners´ network and where can I see it?
In Serbia, there is a network with over 390 tow trucks that you can hire by your mobile app or by calling our call centre. In the app, when you choose road assistance, you can see icons with small trucks that represent our partners that are nearest to you and available to help. In EU we organize everything by our call centre and contact our partner companies all over EU using Coris Assistance network.
How can I call road assistance?
If you are in Serbia and you have an internet connection at the moment, there is no need to call anyone. You can simply rely on your mobile app and click `choose service` button to choose the type of service you need. More on how the app works, you can see in ` this video `. If you don´t have an internet connection, the app will recognize it and show a button for calling our call centre. Then you dictate your ( ako se misli na JMBG -Unique Master Citizen Number) unique identification number to our operator that will appear above the button for calling call centre, Call centre phone number is 0113636978 and it is active 24/7/365 days a year.
I can´t find a contact phone number. What is the number and a procedure in case I need road assistance?
The procedure for using the app is: if you are in Serbia when your car breaks down and your GPS is on- you launch the app, choose "road assistance" option and click to choose the service that you need. The app locates you and informs you that it´s looking for the partner nearest to you and available to help. When our partner receives your call, you get the information about waiting time, as well as the information about the repairman or tow service that is coming to help ( license plate number, type of vehicle, phone number).
If I use a package for one minor repair, for example tire change, do I have to renew my package or can I still use it, only without that service?
You don´t have to renew the whole package. The service that you used will be excluded and the rest will be still available.
If I am in Greece and I decide to go to the nearest service shop and it turns out that the service is expensive, can I ask to be transported home?
You are entitled to a tow service to the nearest service shop and, of course, if the repair is too expensive , you and all the passengers in your vehicle can use tow service to your home address.
Do EU packages cover the territory of Serbia or only European countries?
EU packages include one tow service on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, with unlimited kilometers and the transport of all the passengers and one road assistance service.
In case of a break down when I am abroad, can I use tow service to the nearest service shop, without extra cost?
Yes, you can. We recommend repairing the car in the nearest service shop. If that is not possible, an additional tow service to your service shop in Serbia, will be organized
What is a card activation period?
Your card will be active 24 hours after the activation in the app ( by scanning the QR code). If you pay for the package using the app, the package will be active 24 hours after the payment is recorded. If you pay using payment slip, your package will be active 24 hours after recording your payment on bank statement ( for example, if you pay for your package on Monday night, it will be active on Tuesday morning).
Are there any restrictions for the service of returning the vehicle to your home address in EU packages?
There are no restrictions in providing the tow service to your home address, if it is in alignment with the territorial coverage of the package.
Do I get a card when I buy a Help on road package using the app?
If you buy it at a sale point you get a card that you use to activate your package through the app, by scanning QR code or entering 16-digit activation code from the card in an appropriate place in the app. If you choose another way to buy a package, you won´t get a card.
Does the package validity depend on vehicle registration period ?
No, it doesn´t
What type of vehicles are covered by road assistance packages?
The packages cover all passenger vehicles and light cargo-carrying motor vehicles up to 3,5t total mass, 5.5m length and up to 2m height. All heavy cargo-carrying vehicles, ambulance, vehicles used for transport of disabled, working machines, vans, vehicles with test and temporary plates are excluded.

How can I get a discount for buying road assistance package?
The only way to get a discount is by buying the package using the app, where you choose RECOMMEND option and just by one click you can send the link to your friends ( using text message, Viber, Messenger, WhatsApp...) By clicking on the link and installing the app, then registering you get 5% discount for every new registered user, that you recommended, up to maximum of 40% discount. The new price will be shown on the screen next time you buy a package.
Which countries are covered by EU1 package?
EU1 package covers the following countries : Greece, Northern Macedonia, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania and Albania.
Which services are included in EU1 package?
Services abroad
1x In case of a breakdown or an accident a return of your vehicle from abroad to your home address along with return of all the passengers is provided.
1x Minor repair of the vehicle on the road, up to 1 working hour and/or tow service to the service shop.
1x Covered work of repairman up to 50 EUR, along with organizing spare parts delivery, up to 50 EUR.
1x Covered hotel expenses, up to 50 EUR per person a day, for no longer than 48 hours while your vehicle is being repaired.
Covered expenses of continuation of the journey by bus or train for all the passengers in the vehicle, up to 50 EUR per person.

In case of an accident or a breakdown, tow service is provided on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, along with transport of all the passengers from the vehicle - unlimited kilometers.

1x RENT-A-CAR vehicle is included, as a replacement vehicle, up to 48 hours and up to 70 EUR a day for renting.
1x Minor repair of the vehicle on the road, up to 1 working hour and/or tow service to the service shop.
1x Covered work of repairman up to 100 EUR, along with organizing spare parts delivery, up to 100 EUR.
1x Covered hotel expenses, up to 50 EUR per person a day, for no longer than 48 hours while your vehicle is being repaired.
1x Covered expenses of continuation of the journey by bus, train or plane for all the passengers in the vehicle, up to 75 EUR per person.

Can legal entities use VOZZi packages?
There are no packages for legal entities at the moment. We are planning to make special offers for legal entities, soon.
Do VOZZi road assistance packages cover motorcycles, too?
From now on, in our new VOZZi app, with your road assistance package you can add your motorcycle, too during promo period! Find your bike in our data base and add it while registering, so that you can ask for road assistances in Serbia and Europe.
Can road assistance package be used by someone else?
No, but there is always a possibility to use your road assistance package as a passenger in somebody else´s car.
Can I use a tow service for a vehicle that´s not registered?
No, we do not provide road assistance service for vehicles that are registered or have test plates.
Can foreigners use road assistance packages?
Yes, provided that they have residence registration.
Do road assistance packages cover the territory of Kosovo and Metohija?
Yes, they do.
Are the services of hotel accommodation, car repair and rent a car paid by the user with subsequent refund?
The user doesn´t pay for any services from the packages, all services are covered by the partnership contract between VOZZi and the company which provides the service. If under certain circumstances different type of payment is required, the user will have to gather all the receipts in order to get the refund.
Can a person with a trial driver´s license use the VOZZi road assistance package?
Yes he/ she can.
Who provides the tow service to your home address?
Tow service to your home address is organized with our partners from the Republic of Serbia. While waiting for the tow service to come you can use hotel accommodation.
Is it necessary to have a road assistance card with me during the intervention?
No, you don´t have to have a card with you. If you are using the service through the app in Serbia, your card is not necessary, because your mobile phone recognizes you as our user. If there is no internet connection, by calling our call centre we will recognize your unique identification number. If that is not available you simply dictate your phone number to our operators from the call centre and you will be directly verified as our user.
Can I use the service if I´m off the road?
If you are off the categorized road we are not obligated to provide road assistance service.
What are the working hours of the call centre?
The working hours of VOZZi call centre are 24h, 365 days a year.
If I am abroad and call the road assistance call centre, who will answer?
All calls are answered by our operators in Serbia.
How is a call from abroad charged if I contact the call centre?
The call is charged according to the rates of your mobile operator.
Is it safe to pay by card using the app?
Paying by card is one of the safest types of payment. So called 3D verification with your bank is on and it means that you have to give permission for every payment. All payments are made in RSD. We use the latest payment technology, so called 128 bit encryption. The bank in charge of processing cards is Unicredit Bank Serbia.
Can I use the app services without the package?
Yes you can. It means that you will pay for the services according to our unique price list for the territory of Serbia. You can pay cash or by card.
How can I become a VOZZi partner?
Simply by applying on the web page http://www.vozzi.app in web form for partnership.
If I use some of the road assistance services, can I buy some of them again?
It is not possible to buy only a certain type of service that you have already used but, you can buy a new package before the expiration date of the old one. With your written request on mail: support@vozzi.app, the old package is cancelled and you are provided with a new one with a new expiration date.
Do all family members need to have their own package?
If they are travelling separately from the package carrier it is necessary for them to have their own packages because the package is connected to a person.
Can the package be transferred to another person?
No it can´t.
How many times a year can I change the vehicle registered in the app?
It can be changed numerous times.
Is my data safe?
Your data is safe and used only for road assistance needs. The company is registered with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
Why is it a good idea to name the vehicle I use?
When you ask for a service on the road the VOZZi partner gets the information which vehicle needs towing or/and repair. That way the partner gets the right information and is able to prepare certain special tools or spare parts, in advance.
Can my vehicle be towed to my repairman?
Of course, where the vehicle will be towed is up to you.
How can I know if the tow service is coming and when?
By requesting the service through the app you can trace the tow service location and movement and see the expected arrival time. You also get the information about the brand, the model of the vehicle that is coming to help, as well as its license plate.
Am I entitled to a paid hotel accommodation in the Republic of Serbia?
As a part of VOZZi RS there is an additional service of hotel accommodation up to 48h, 3.600,00 RSD per person a day, while the vehicle is being repaired.
How are a vehicle and all the passengers transported to their home address from abroad?
In these cases the vehicle and passengers are transported by a van and a tow trailer because it´s the most comfortable way. If you don´t like it, you can continue your journey by train, bus or plane, depending on the type of your package.
What if my car breaks down on the way to the seaside?
The vehicle will be taken by our partners in the country you are in and you can continue your journey to the seaside. According to your request your car can be repaired by the foreign partner or towed to the Republic of Serbia to your repairman.
Can the service of returning the car from abroad be used only in case of a car accident?
No, it can be used both in case of a breakdown and a car accident.
In case of what malfunction is it possible to provide a tow service from abroad to a home address?
In case of any malfunction that affects a safe ride it is possible to get tow service to your home address. The service is not provided for minor malfunctions(battery malfunction, smaller damages on the car body, damage of the air-conditioner, etc.).
You changed your phone number. How to change number on the app?
You send a written request to support@vozzi.app with the phone number used to install the package and the number you want to transfer both the package and the app to. This option is possible if the user of the package is the same. The package can not be transferred to another person.
